Edge Tutor International is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales and lead generation efforts, drive revenue growth, and optimize operations. You will oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to signing clients, using data-driven strategies in a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 5–7 years in B2B sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success leading sales teams and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of CRMs, analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage day-to-day activities and scale processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales and Lead Generation teams to meet goals.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to deal closure with CRM discipline.
• Drive pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth through data-driven tactics.
• Negotiate contracts, present proposals, and close signed agreements.
• Improve and document scalable sales processes and best practices.
• Develop data-driven sales strategies aligned with market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align initiatives.
