Qualifications

• Excellent written notes/documentation for handoff to sales reps.
• Self-directed in a fully remote role; schedule Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM PT.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–150+ outbound calls daily to follow up on large orders or quotes.
• Work through backlog and prioritize time-sensitive accounts.
• Re-establish context and ask targeted questions to move the sale forward.
• Log detailed notes and hand off to the sales rep same day.
• Communicate by phone and email to support the sales process.
