Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, outbound calling, or sales support.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to sustain 100–150+ outbound calls per day.
• Ability to produce complete written documentation for handoff to sales reps.
• Remote, fully remote role with Mon–Fri schedule 6:30 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–150+ outbound follow-up calls and/or voicemails daily to customers with large orders or open quotes.
• Work through an assigned backlog, prioritizing time-sensitive accounts.
• Open conversations and re-establish context on orders or quotes.
• Ask targeted questions to move sales forward.
• Respond to objections while keeping conversations professional.
• Log interactions in real time with detailed notes.
• Hand off to the assigned sales rep promptly, flagging opportunities the same day.
• Communicate by phone and email to support the sales process.
