Job summary

Weichai Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer to support sales growth and customer engagement for generator sets and power solutions in the Philippines. You will identify opportunities, prep technical and commercial proposals, and support projects from inquiry to order.

You will collaborate with customers, contractors, consultants, channel partners and internal teams to deliver suitable solutions and ensure timely responses and orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales engineering, business development, or related roles.
• Experience in generator sets or power generation is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the Philippines.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals; manage tenders and quotes.
• Support orders from quotation to delivery; coordinate with internal teams.
• Engage with customers, contractors, consultants, dealers/distributors and partners.
• Deliver product presentations, customer events and site visits as needed.
