Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce in Manila seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Qualify inbound leads, understand needs, and connect high-potential opportunities with the sales team.

You will manage multiple lead sources, maintain Salesforce records, and work with the Sales Development Manager to grow the pipeline, all from a remote working setup with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Experience in technology, software, SaaS, mobile, or related industry is valued.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service and phone-based communication abilities.
• Strong listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Qualify warm inbound leads primarily via phone and email.
• Create a positive first impression for prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and assess fit for Lightspeed solutions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple lead sources (inbound calls, emails, chats, referrals).
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales Development Manager to grow pipeline.
