SourceU is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to join our remote team, serving an Australian client. The role combines customer communication, sales assistance, and day-to-day coordination to move opportunities from initial contact through subsequent stages.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, explain products clearly, and maintain strong relationships with buyers and existing clients while supporting the sales team and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent spoken English and clear communication in a professional business environment.
• Professional telephone manner and ability to engage with customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Experience in customer service, client support, or sales administration.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, modular buildings, or related field is a plus.

• Handle incoming customer questions and sales enquiries by telephone and email.
• Explain product and service information clearly, ensuring helpful responses.
