Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or B2B administration.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong order-entry accuracy: product codes, quantities, addresses.
• Experience with an order-management or ERP system.
• Home-office setup with reliable internet and quiet space.
• Availability Monday–Friday Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls (orders, status, payments) and acknowledge customers.
• Make proactive follow-up calls on orders and deliveries.
• Enter manual orders from phone, email, and forms; clarify details as needed.
• Politely follow up on payments and record outcomes.
• Log all activity in shared systems for team visibility.
• Coordinate between customer service, Operations, Finance and commercial teams with full context.
• Support the Australian office with basic reports and admin tasks.
