Job summary

Brightwheel is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to manage high-volume commissions and revenue data in a fully remote role. You will diagnose issues, run monthly turnover, QA formulas, and own fixes end-to-end using AI and SQL.

You''ll collaborate with Systems, Analytics, and Accounting across time zones, ensuring data integrity and timely payouts while improving processes with automation and clear SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a recurring, accuracy-critical operations role (commissions, payroll, revenue ops)
• Experience handling high-volume ticket queues or requests
• Proficiency using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) regularly
• Hands-on with large, formula-heavy spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and ability to debug models
• Experience reconciling data between a CRM and downstream reports

Responsibilities

• Work the comp question queue daily to diagnose and resolve discrepancies
• Run monthly turnover for sales comp trackers including roster updates and targets
• QA formulas and roll-up integrity before managers and reps see results
• Investigate Salesforce data issues and file system tickets; log defect patterns
• Apply mid-month roster changes per documented policies and verify accuracy
• Keep rep self-serve tools up to date and flag AI tool inaccuracies
