DCX PH Inc. seeks a Home-Based Sales Analytics & Data Operations Analyst to support a U.S.-based partner with financial reporting, data management, reconciliations, and analysis. You will help maintain accurate financial data and support month-end close in a fast-paced remote environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in finance, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and excellent English communication. Salary Php 40,000/mo with a permanent work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and validation across financial systems and spreadsheets.
• Assist with general ledger entries and accounting support tasks as needed.
• Support monthly close activities, including reconciliations and reporting preparation.
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial models.
• Conduct financial and operational data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Prepare and organize financial reports and supporting documentation.
