Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Home-Based Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and manage partner financials for our US-based clients.

You will prepare financial statements, maintain records, assist budgeting, tax compliance, audits, and cash management, contributing to cost savings and profitability. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or general accounting experience.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard US hours or within US time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows).
• Maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts, and post journal entries.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting with financial projections.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to financial decision-making with insights to management.
• Oversee cash flow and optimize cash position, cost-efficiency and profitability.
• Handle ad hoc tasks related to the above.
