DCX is seeking a Sales Analytics & Data Operations Team Lead to support a U.S.-based partner by handling financial reporting, data management, reconciliations, and analysis. This role focuses on accurate financial data, month-end close support, and improving reporting processes in a fast-paced remote environment.

The position requires 1–2 years of finance experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work overnight US hours from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Complex formulas
• Experience with data reconciliation or data matching work
• Experience learning multiple business systems (ERP/CRM) such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Salesforce, HubSpot, Restoration Manager

Responsibilities

• Recurring and Ad-Hoc Report Production using pre-built Excel templates and workflows.
• Distribute reports daily, weekly, and monthly via Outlook with scheduled delivery.
• Maintain a reporting calendar and flag delays or outages.
• Perform Salesforce–Sage Intacct three-way reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Adapt workflows as SOPs evolve and reporting needs change.
• Drive quality and insights in Sales Analytics and support the data analyst team.
