Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English
• Neutral or minimal accent
• Polished, professional phone presence
• Proven sales experience and lead conversion
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Experience following up and nurturing leads
• Comfortable making outbound calls and strong closing ability
• Proactive and accountable, able to work independently
• CRM experience and measurable KPI focus
• Freight forwarding background with US 3PL experience

Responsabilités

• Quote domestic and international air shipments (export focus)
• Access pricing system to retrieve quotes
• Apply markup percentages
• Gather trucking/airline/transfer costs for export
• Contact overseas agents for international pricing quotes
• Prepare pricing packages and send quotes
• Follow up on submitted quotes
• Coordinate with operations when quote is accepted
• Handle air freight pricing; minimal ocean freight
• Coordinate with carriers on availability/pricing in regions (e.g., Kentucky)
• Work with airlines (e.g., American Airlines) for routing
