Berry Virtual | MedVirtual | AI Virtual seeks a hands-on AI Implementation Specialist to design and deploy automation workflows, API integrations, and marketing data pipelines across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and client CRMs.

You will own projects from requirements through production, build reliable integrations, dashboards, and AI-powered optimizations, and collaborate with marketing and operations to reduce manual reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production automation workflows.
• Experience with platforms like n8n, Make, or similar workflow automation tools.
• Experience integrating external applications via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience connecting multiple CRM systems and synchronizing lead/customer data.
• Proficiency in JSON, API authentication, data transformation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end automation development from design to deployment.
• Build and maintain integrations between advertising platforms, CRMs, databases, and reporting tools.
• Ensure data synchronization, error handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
