Job summary
Frontline Data Solutions is seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist with hands-on software testing and enterprise client support experience to join our distributed team. You’ll design and execute manual and automated tests (Playwright), document results clearly, and help drive quality through the release process while assisting customers by phone and email.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise software client support experience.
- Strong QA testing skills with hands-on Playwright.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues for enterprise customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject-matter expert across our web-based SaaS products.
- Perform QA testing on bug fixes and feature releases.
- Write, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases (Playwright).
- Document QA findings and communicate with developers to support issue resolution.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
- Maintain and update content within the online help system.
