Job summary
Frontline Data Solutions is seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist to lead the QA testing lifecycle and provide technical support for enterprise SaaS customers. You will develop and execute manual and automated test cases using Playwright, collaborate with engineers, and own documentation of issues and fixes.
The role requires 3+ years in client support for technical products, hands-on Playwright experience, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience providing client support for a technical product, ideally within enterprise software environments.
- Mandatory hands-on experience using Microsoft Playwright.
- Background supporting third-party enterprise software, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Validate bug fixes and feature releases across QA processes.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone or email.
- Maintain and update documentation in the online help system.
