Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking an Specialist, Onboarding to guide home service Pros through activation, adoption, and value realization on our platform.

You will be the primary contact during the early lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional support and helping Pros become confident users while reinforcing the value of HCP. Strong empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in full-time customer success, onboarding or sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven success in developing relationships with new customers and exceeding metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding phase for new Pros, including activation and adoption.
• Serve as primary resource during early lifecycle, ensuring smooth sales-to-onboarding transition.
• Reinforce and communicate value of Housecall Pro to drive early product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Tech Support to share insights and feedback.
• Partner with Account Managers to mitigate risk, improve retention, and grow Pro value.
