LevelUp is a fully remote specialist agency based in the Philippines, supporting a global accounting software provider. You’ll be the first touchpoint for customers, guiding them through package options, pricing, and checkout via live chat and email, with occasional calls.

You’ll also run outbound campaigns to existing customers based on usage patterns to drive upgrades. The role requires 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, strong English communication, and comfort selling credit-based consumption

Formación

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS inside sales, chat sales, or an inbound SDR/BDR role.
• A track record of hitting sales targets with shareable numbers (conversion rate, deals closed, quota attainment).
• Experience closing deals over live chat, handling several conversations at once and replying quickly.
• Comfortable contacting existing customers by chat, email and phone.
• Clear, friendly written English, and confident spoken English on calls.

Responsabilidades

• Handle live chat and email from customers who have used, or are close to using, their free credits, and take calls when a customer would rather talk.
• Explain package options and pricing in plain language and guide customers through checkout in Salesforce CPQ.
• Handle objections such as price or timing, following the sales playbook while keeping conversations natural.
• Hand large or multi-seat inquiries to the right account manager with clear notes.
• Log every interaction in Salesforce, including detailed notes such as purchase intent, objections, and usage patterns.
• Help customers who want a person to confirm before buying online.
• Run outbound chat and email campaigns to existing customers based on how they use the product.
