Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Team Leader to guide a Data Processors team handling RX data. You will mentor, optimize processes, and ensure 24-hour SLA targets are met with high accuracy. Remote-Philippines role, 8 AM–5 PM EST, Mon–Fri (Night Shift). Leadership, coaching, and KPI-driven management are core to this position.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive first-time accuracy, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role in a call center or similar.
• At least 3 years in a Data Entry/Processing role for RX data.
• C1-level English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team to meet high-volume RX data entry with accuracy.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs; drive productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with CSR and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Provide performance coaching and feedback to team members.
