Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a seasoned Team Leader to mentor a data processors team handling RX data. You will supervise, coach, and drive productivity while ensuring high accuracy and SLA compliance in a high‑volume environment.

This role requires a C1 level of English and experience with CRM and data processing tools. Work setup is remote in the Philippines with a night shift (8 AM–5 PM EST). Equipment is company‑provided and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• 3+ years in data entry/processing or a similar data-handling position.
• C1 level English proficiency with strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and data processing tools.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with SOPs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective supervision and set clear performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage a team performing high-accuracy data entry of RX information into the ABS system.
• Ensure the team handles a high-volume workload (~400 RX/day) with 24-hour SLA timelines.
• Drive first-time accuracy to prevent production errors and remakes.
• Mentor and motivate team members to enhance skills and foster collaboration.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs and identify productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital portal workflows.
• Coordinate with the CSR team for escalations and regular client communications.
