Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Data Processor to collect, clean, organize, and maintain data across systems from various sources. The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and timely input, with a focus on supporting e-commerce processes.

The candidate should have at least 6 months in data entry and strong communication skills, with familiarity in handling data processing tools. This is a full-time remote position for candidates in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in data entry or data processing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with computers and data processing tools.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
• E-commerce background knowledge in invoicing, promotions, vouchers is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and process data from various sources.
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of the structured datasets.
• Enter customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents within the time constraint.
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Navigate conversations to uncover business needs and position account products as a compelling solution.
• Maintain data integrity and security.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs.
• Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
