Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Rostering and Scheduling Specialist in Metro Manila with strong client management and CRM skills to coordinate care-related rosters and staffing for remote day shifts. You will manage relationships with clients and their families, ensure timely communication, and maintain accurate scheduling data.

Ideal candidates will have CRM experience in healthcare or service industries, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle dynamic rostering

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and understanding care needs.
• Proven CRM experience in a dynamic environment, preferably healthcare.
• Strong email management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and client data handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and family relationships, understanding care needs and service expectations.
• Serve as rostering-related point of contact for clients and families.
• Capture feedback on service continuity, scheduling, and care quality.
• Inform clients of service schedules and changes in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain accurate rosters for Support at Home clients.
• Coordinate care delivery across care workers, nurses, and allied health staff.
• Manage short-notice changes and arrange replacement staff.
• Maintain availability calendars and roster change communications.
• Ensure accurate documentation in client management systems.
• Prepare weekly rostering and workforce reports.
