Qualifications

• Completed 2 years of college, preferably in Medical Allied (BS Nursing, Radtech, Med Tech, PT, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy)
• At least 1-year BPO voice experience in customer service if with a Medical Allied course background or;
• At least 1-year BPO Healthcare voice experience in customer service if with a Non-Medical Allied course background
• Ability to work in an on-site setup in BGC
• Flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating schedules, managing inquiries, and providing support to clients throughout various processes.
• Handling appointments or requests, answering questions, providing clear and accurate information about services and policies, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
