BruntWork is seeking a highly organized Rostering & Scheduling Specialist (Aged Care) to manage daily shift coordination for Australian clients. You will create and update staff rosters, match workers to client shifts, and resolve scheduling conflicts while ensuring continuity of care.

This full-time remote role operates during Sydney business hours. Key responsibilities include rostering accuracy, daily shift coordination, staff communication, and operational support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate staff rosters based on client requirements and staff availability.
• Match staff with client shifts and monitor coverage to avoid gaps.
• Communicate shift allocations, changes and updates to staff and stakeholders.
• Manage last-minute changes, absences and rostering conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Maintain rosters in rostering systems and generate routine reports.
