Cre8tive Corporate Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly organised Scheduler to manage daily staff schedules, coordinate shift coverage and ensure smooth service delivery across client operations. The role focuses on Australian rostering and high-volume rosters.

You will need excellent English communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to respond calmly to urgent requests, with occasional weekend and after-hours scheduling as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Australian scheduling or rostering is required.
• NDIS or Australian disability-sector experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing high-volume or complex rosters is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond calmly to urgent requests.
• Proficiency in scheduling, rostering, CRM, or workforce-management systems.
• Willingness to provide occasional weekend and after-hours support.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily and weekly staff rosters.
• Allocate shifts based on operational requirements and staff availability.
• Manage shift changes, cancellations, absences, and urgent replacement requests.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly and promptly to staff, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor roster coverage and proactively address scheduling gaps.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and operational updates.
• Respond professionally to scheduling enquiries and urgent requests.
• Provide clear and timely handovers to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with occasional weekend and after-hours scheduling requirements when necessary.
