Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize EMR systems to manage patient records and ensure accuracy.
• Update EMR with new patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email or chat.
• Explain services to patients and how our systems work.
• Assist healthcare professionals in scheduling appointments and calendars.
• Collaborate with medical billing teams to ensure proper coding.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth remote operations.
