Job summary

Limitlessli is recruiting a Quality Improvement Nurse to support clinical quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement across home care and home health services. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys improving systems, using data to drive better outcomes, and partnering with teams to strengthen care delivery.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home, aligned with US Eastern Time hours (9am–6pm EST).

Qualifications

Active RN license.
3–5 years in Quality Improvement or related field within healthcare.
Strong ability to analyze audit, incident, and patient satisfaction data to find trends.
Experience developing corrective action plans and implementing improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

Analyze quality, clinical, operational, and regulatory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Review audit findings, incident reports, complaints, NPS feedback, and regulatory outcomes to determine root causes.
Develop practical quality improvement plans and corrective actions based on data analysis.
Monitor effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjust as needed.
Create and maintain quality dashboards, trackers, workflows, and reporting tools.
