Responsibilities

• Invoicing Operations: manage weekly and monthly invoicing data uploads and send invoices to clients.
• Vendor Management: audit vendor invoices and prepare vendor credit requests to prevent overcharges.
• Revenue Share & Statements: calculate partner revenue shares and produce accurate statements.
• Billing Resolution: research and resolve clinic billing inquiries with timely follow-up.
• General Support: assist Revenue Operations and Finance teams as needed.
