Karbon is seeking a Billing Analyst to support daily billing operations, ensuring accuracy across subscription lifecycles and delivering top-notch service to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or revenue operations

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for routine customer billing inquiries with professional, accurate responses
• Manage Salesforce cases from billing inquiries with 24-hour/1 business day response
• Address invoices, payments, billing errors, credits, refunds, and subscription setup/billing
• Partner with Customer Support and Account Management to resolve complex questions and escalate when needed
• Execute end-to-end billing cycles for subscription accounts
• Monitor data accuracy before invoice distribution
• Investigate and resolve routine billing discrepancies and inquiries
• Maintain subscription records in Zuora and integrated CRM platforms
• Follow SOPs for data entry and system updates
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Accounting for smooth handoffs
• Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements to billing workflows
