Verified First is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will help ensure accurate invoicing, data integrity, and timely billing while supporting vendor data audits and partner revenue calculations.

This remote role emphasizes analytics, data management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and other teams. Independent contractor with full-time status offers flexibility and growth within our expanding org.

• Invoicing Operations: manage weekly and monthly invoicing data uploads and generate invoices.
• Vendor Management: audit vendor invoices and prepare vendor credit requests.
• Revenue Share & Statements: perform partner revenue share calculations and prepare statements.
• Billing Resolution: research and resolve clinic billing issues with clear communication.
• General Support: assist Revenue Operations and Finance teams as needed.

Summary:

The Revenue Operations Analyst is a vital part of our Revenue Operations department. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role is essential to maintaining smooth, accurate, and timely billing processes. While direct accounting experience is not required, this position demands a highly analytical mindset and proficiency in data management. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for executing regular invoicing cycles, auditing vendor data, calculating partner revenue shares, and resolving clinic billing inquiries to ensure operational excellence within our Finance team.

How our Revenue Operations Analyst spends their time:

• Invoicing Operations: Manage weekly and monthly invoicing data uploads, including the creation, generation, and sending of accurate invoices to clients.
• Vendor Management: Meticulously audit vendor invoices and prepare vendor credit requests to ensure accurate billing and prevent overcharges.
• Revenue Share & Statements: Perform complex partner revenue share calculations and create accurate statements for distribution.
• Billing Resolution: Research, troubleshoot, and follow up on clinic billing issues, providing clear communication and timely resolution.
• General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support the Revenue Operations and broader Finance teams.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in data entry, billing, financial operations, or a highly analytical role (direct accounting experience is not required).
• Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Google Workspace, with advanced skills in Google Sheets (spreadsheets) for data manipulation, formulas, and reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with a rigorous attention to detail and accuracy to prevent billing leakage.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively research and resolve billing issues with clinics and vendors.
