Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Residential Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for medium-density and volume residential projects. You will perform quantity take-offs, price supplier and subcontractor quotes, manage purchase orders, variations, and estimating documentation while coordinating with drafting, development, and construction teams.

You should have relevant qualifications in construction or quantity surveying and hands-on experience with Databuild.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Building or Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Residential Construction Estimator for medium-density/volume projects.
• Hands-on experience with quantity take-offs, estimating, supplier quotations, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Develop estimates covering labour, materials, subcontractors, and construction costs.
• Review plans to identify scope gaps, discrepancies and cost risks.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor quotations and pricing clarification.
• Maintain estimating data, rates, quotations, and project records in Databuild.
• Process purchase orders, variations, and estimate revisions as required.
• Collaborate with drafting, development, and construction teams to ensure timely, well-documented estimates.
