Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join our remote team supporting a UK-based contractor focused on commercial ventilation, ductwork and HVAC.

You will prepare robust estimates, review drawings and tender documents, and work closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate take-offs and cost-effective delivery. You will interpret designs, quantify labour, materials and equipment, and revise estimates as designs evolve while maintaining meticulous costing records.

Qualifications

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial ventilation, ductwork and broader mechanical-services projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents to support estimates.
• Identify labour, material and equipment requirements for costing.
• Produce clear estimates for review and sign-off by Project Manager.
• Maintain estimating records and respond to design changes promptly.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings and tender documents for constructability and scope.
• Undertake quantity take-offs for labour, materials, plant and equipment.
• Apply labour rates, material costs and commercial considerations to estimates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand scope and turnaround times.
• Provide handover for successful estimates and support ongoing pricing processes.
