Job summary

Future Group Language Solutions is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end BPO recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding across the region. You will build region-appropriate pipelines and partner with HR and management to deliver effective staffing solutions.

You will source and evaluate candidates, focusing on DEI and a positive candidate experience, while collaborating with multiple business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ year of experience in talent acquisition for the BPO sector.
Experience using ATS is a MUST.
Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all BPO-related roles, from requisition to onboarding.
Develop region-appropriate talent pipelines leveraging local networks and online platforms.
Collaborate with BPO business units, HR, and management to understand hiring needs and deliver staffing solutions.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates with high standards of candidate experience.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events and online channels.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
