Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych, LLC is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of hiring mental health professionals. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate interviews, while supporting onboarding in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines. This remote role aligns to CST working hours and US schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in recruitment or end-to-end hiring.
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mental health professionals across clinical roles.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Review resumes to assess qualifications and fit with job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ fit and skills.
• Coordinate interviews with clinical leadership and hiring managers.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and timely communication.
