MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support daily sourcing and candidate outreach from home while serving US regions. You will manage CRM data in Monday.com, craft personalized messages, and coordinate intro calls with recruitment consultants.

You will build client lists, distribute candidate profiles, and ensure timely updates across global teams. The role requires strong organization, excellent written communication, and the ability to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, sourcing, or recruitment operations.
• Excellent written communication for professional outreach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet daily/weekly targets.
• High attention to detail in data entry and CRM workflows.
• Ability to build targeted client lists and provide updates across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily targeted searches on Indeed to identify active US-based accounting and legal professionals.
• Craft personalized outreach messages and schedule intro calls with recruitment consultants.
• Log candidate profiles and interactions into Monday.com accurately.
• Distribute registered profiles to client send lists within daily deadlines.
• Build and validate high-quality client lists to improve outreach results.
