Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is looking for 2 Recruitment Specialists who will work remotely. Responsibilities include understanding job requirements, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and assisting them through the onboarding process. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in corporate and IT roles. This role offers a regular working schedule with benefits including vacation credits, an annual performance increase, and unlimited commissions based on results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience for corporate and technical roles.
• Experience in a recruitment agency is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and create job postings.

About the job Recruitment Specialists - 100% Remote

We need 2 End to End Recruitment Specialists to join our firm as soon as possible.

The role will be responsible for conducting Recruitment from:

• Understand the Job Requirements
• Posting the Job on all available platforms
• Conducting Active and Passive Sourcing
• Reviewing/Screening Candidate Profiles
• Creating and Sending Interview Summaries/Endorsements
• Following Through the Process up to Client Interviews/Exams
• Assisting the Candidate to ensure selected ones push through onboarding with clients
• A recruiter with at least 3 years of experience hiring for Corporate and Technical/IT Roles
• Willing and Able to work remotely, preferrably with his/her own laptop/desktop already
• Coming with working knowledge on Job Boards such as
• LinkedIn
• Jobstreet
• Manatal (preferred)
• Indeed
• Facebook/Social Media
• Good to received the publish salary with unlimited commissions based on performance
• Ideally coming from a recruitment agency/firm
• Preferably have worked with start ups or small companies
