Altametrics is seeking a Recruiter to scale our enterprise software and professional services teams. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and the Head of Recruitment to source and hire top talent across sales, marketing, accounting and related roles in a fully remote, full-time position.

This role operates on Pacific Standard Time night shifts with a 40-hour week, using ATS/CRM tools, and emphasizes confidential, compliant recruiting and an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting for sales, accounting, development and customer-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing across job boards and social platforms with LinkedIn proficiency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn; screen resumes and conduct video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the full hiring cycle using ATS/CRM.
• Administer assessments and support the Head of Recruitment as needed.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal policies and external regulations.
