Job summary

Altametrics is seeking a Recruiter to scale our enterprise software and services teams. This fully remote role collaborates with Hiring Managers and the Head of Recruitment to define talent needs and manage the end-to-end hiring cycle across sales, marketing, accounting, and other functions.

You will source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, screen resumes, conduct video interviews, coordinate schedules, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
• Proven success recruiting for sales, accounting, development, and customer-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as Indeed; with the ability and willingness to use LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Join Altametrics as a Recruiter and play a key role in scaling our enterprise software and professional services teams. You'll work closely with Hiring Managers and the Head of Recruitment to identify top talent; primarily focused on growing our sales, marketing, accounting teams and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a full-time remote role that offers a collaborative environment and the opportunity to make a direct impact.
