• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for sales, accounting, development, and customer-facing roles.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define talent needs with hiring managers and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and conduct video interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage full hiring cycle using ATS/CRM.
• Administer assessments and support Head of Recruitment as needed.
