Job summary

Altametrics is seeking a remote Inside Sales Associate to generate and qualify leads, perform daily outreach, follow up with prospects, and hand off qualified leads to the sales team for closure. This contract role is remote and aligns with Pacific Standard Time night hours.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales Leader, manage CRM records, and pursue inbound and outbound campaigns, including calls and emails.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales experience and ability to generate qualified leads that move to the next stage
• Comfortable with the required outreach per day
• Clear and professional English communication
• Good follow-up and lead management skills
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and qualification through outbound and inbound activities, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, prospecting, follow-ups, inbound inquiries, discovery calls, product demos, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate with the Sales Leader on qualified leads and opportunities.
• Log customer interactions, update pipelines, and record data in the CRM.
