You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR content across core workflows, including job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, performance templates, and compensation trackers.

This is a fully remote, flexible role with an ASAP start. Ideal candidates have expert-level document craftsmanship and excellent written communication.

• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail
