You will conduct customer or user research across interviews, usability testing, and surveys, synthesize findings into decks and journey maps, and craft precise reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years researching customer or user behavior across full study lifecycle.
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design, and translating data into insights.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows.
• Synthesize findings into decks, summaries, and journey maps for product use.
