Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced learning and development professionals to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week, or more if desired) and ASAP start. Compensation is $70 per hour, paid for your time to design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and rubrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or L&D programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
