Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Help train an AI language model by creating, evaluating, and refining professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Lead RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor-scoring and evaluation matrices, and contract/SLA reviews
• Perform spend-analysis, vendor-risk assessments, and contribute to category strategy and savings-pipeline reviews
