Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to oversee buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing. The role involves coordinating title/escrow, financing, appraisals, and inspections, while maintaining strong client communication and documentation accuracy.

The candidate will manage moving schedules, closings, and data entry, leveraging detail-oriented and highly organized work habits to ensure timely, compliant file progression.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational focus.
• Strong time management abilities and proactive planning.
• Excellent coordination and scheduling capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain regular communication with clients, agents, title officer, and lender.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules and support the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
