Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage buyer/seller transactions from contract to closing. You will coordinate title/escrow, mortgages, appraisals, inspections, and maintain clear client and partner communication.

The role rewards accuracy and independence with a training allowance, monthly profit share, and perks like a USA trip. You must have at least 6 months in real estate coordination and strong English communication, organization, and scheduling

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong coordination and scheduling skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, - etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
