Job summary

Cyberbacker is seeking a Transaction Backer to ensure smooth and timely real estate transactions from contract to closing. You will oversee buyer/seller processes, coordinate title/escrow, mortgage and appraisal steps, and maintain ongoing client communications.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months in transaction coordination, strong English communication, and sharp attention to detail. This remote role emphasizes organization, proactive problem-solving, and independent work across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong time management and scheduling skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain client/agent communications with title officers and lenders.
• Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules and closing attendance.
• Enter client information into the client database.
