Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in US Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proactive in coordinating scheduling and client communication.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
