Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Coordinator to join remotely from the Philippines. The role focuses on managing listings across platforms like AppFolio, Zillow, and social marketplaces, and handling end-to-end leasing tasks.

Responsibilities include rapid lead responses, screening applicants, coordinating showings, processing applications, and ensuring accurate file assembly for final approval by management. This is a full-time, remote position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Real Estate Coordinator or Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
• 3+ years in Real Estate industry.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal (B2 or higher).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in cloud services and VoIP.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing/listings across platforms (AppFolio, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, MHVillage, Craigslist).
• Handle lead management: respond within 5 minutes, pre-qualify, schedule showings, log activity.
• Process applications: income, employment, rental history verification; assemble files for manager review.
• Generate lease documents, collect deposits and first month’s rent in AppFolio.
• Coordinate move-in, portal activation, and access logistics; trigger move-in inspections.
