iSupport Worldwide in Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Onsite) is seeking a Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to manage inbound social media leads, qualify prospective home buyers, conduct follow-ups, and schedule appointments for real estate consultations.

The role focuses on lead nurturing, direct message engagement, appointment setting, Real Geeks CRM management, saved search setup, drip campaigns, and buyer pre-qualification while ensuring prompt responses and consistent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Real Estate Virtual Assistant/ISA experience.
• Experience with lead qualification, lead nurturing, follow-up management and appointment scheduling.
• Real Geeks CRM experience preferred.
• Experience managing social media inquiries, direct messages and engagement processes.
• Familiarity with ManyChat, Calendly, CRMs, saved searches, and email drip campaigns.
• Strong written English communication and ability to follow SOPs.
• Excellent organizational skills and CRM record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Respond to social media inquiries via ManyChat and continue lead engagement after contact capture.
• Answer buyer questions via DMs using scripts and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Qualify buyers by timeline, budget, location, and engagement level.
• Identify leads needing ongoing nurturing and maintain CRM communication.
• Offer and set up saved property searches in Real Geeks CRM.
• Enroll qualified prospects into email drip campaigns.
• Maintain accurate lead records, including source tracking and history.
• Assess opportunities for buyer financial pre-qualification and refer to lenders.
• Perform follow-ups across active conversations to prevent drop-off.
• Schedule 30-minute Zoom consultations via Calendly and support weekly targets.
• Escalate only sales-ready opportunities while managing early-stage engagement.
