Responsibilities

• Manage the closing process for business-purpose real estate loans.
• Track and confirm loan terms and conditions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Correspond with borrowers and relevant parties to request and gather necessary documentation.
• Proactively follow up via email and phone to ensure all required items are received and processed.
• Review loan files, title work, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and flag any discrepancies or issues prior to closing.
• Communicate with attorney offices regarding title work, updates, and documentation.
• Compile complete loan packages for submission to attorney offices and closing agents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems and internal trackers.
• Support the broader loan lifecycle from application through closing.
